How can you lose weight without counting calories?


“Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

transform your house into a healthy food home:
Remove all sugary drinks, cookies, candies, and processed cereals.

Go shopping for some real food.
Real food means natural food, not the highly processed ones you find popping-out at eye-level on the shelves of the supermarket.
Always keep your eyes open for fresh fruits and veggies.

First Food Rule
To quickly distinguish processed food from real food, just look at the list of ingredients.
If you see that there are more than five ingredients, you can be sure that this food is highly processed and unhealthy.

Highly processed foods can be kept for a long time, which means that they are more profitable to manufacturers and supermarkets than natural food, which tends to spoil quickly.
The quicker the food can spoil, the healthier it is because it is still packed full of nutrition.

!!! Only buy food that doesn't have more than five ingredients.

First Week's One Habit
Eat one serving of fresh fruit and one serving of vegetables every day.
With your breakfast, lunch or dinner, but make sure to eat at least one delicious serving of fruits and vegetables.

Two things to remember:
The more veggies and the greater the variety, the better.
Eat plenty of fruits of all colors.
